Breeder of Short and Longhair Weimaraners based in Carlton River, Tasmania. Established in 2019, we are the new kids on the block with foundation stock from well established breeders of both show and sports types.
I am a member of the Tasmanian Canine Association which is the state body of the Australian National Kennel Council and follow the Code of Conduct which includes breeding to improve type, temperament and health.
Weisngrey foundation and homegrown dogs are shown in confirmation and have commenced sports training in a number of different disciplines. Health is also paramount in our dogs and whilst not compulsory, Hip and Elbow scores around two years of age and available DNA testing is completed on each of our dogs and forms part of the checks to eliminate common health conditions and undesirable colour and coat types.
