Weisngrey Weimaraners - Tasmania. est. 2019
We are a small breeder of both Short and Longhair Weimaraners and are based in Carlton River, Tasmania. We are located on acreage were each dog is free to exercise as desired but generally they are just big couch potatoes.
Our foundation stock was from well established breeders of both show and sports lines however we breed more towards show lines and with a temperament that is best suited to a family.
Weisngrey is a member of the Tasmanian Canine Association which is the state body of Dogs Australia (formally Australian National Kennel Council) and follows the Code of Conduct which includes breeding to improve type, temperament and health.
Health is also paramount in our dogs and whilst not compulsory, Hip and Elbow scores around two years of age and DNA testing is completed on our dogs and forms part of the checks to eliminate common health conditions and undesirable colour and coat types.
